Dead on arrival policy (very unlikely)

Corals are packed well in a thermo insulated polystyrene box with a heat pack if required, and will be delivered by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery by 1pm. Excluding weekends and bank holidays.

( The boring stuff ) DOA policy is within two hours of you signing for your package. I will require photos of the coral or invert which can be sent within the 2 hours window. After 2 hours the doa claim is no longer possible.
I will work together with you to resolve the issue and refund if appropriate or offer a replacement if in stock provided you have made contact within the 2 hour period after delivery. Please note postage will not be refunded.

Please note that I wont take responsibility for corals once they are placed in your aquarium. This is because there are too many factors that are out of our control in your setup that may affect the health and wellbeing of the coral

My DOA policy is null and void if Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel and no one was in to sign for the package.
