Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
We take every possible step to ensure your coral arrives healthy, vibrant, and ready to thrive. However, in the rare event that a coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we’re here to make it right.

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video of:
The coral in the original, unopened bag
The coral after being removed from the bag
The shipping label on the box.

We’ll provide a replacement coral (if available), or refund of full purchase price of the coral (excluding shipping).
