Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

We want your corals to arrive healthy and thriving, and we pack them with the utmost care.
On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, our DOA policy is here to help:

1. Timing
• If you notice an issue, please let us know within 1 hour of delivery.
• Just send us a clear photo of the coral in its original packaging so we can review your claim quickly.

2. Replacements
• If a replacement is approved and available, we’ll be happy to send one out.
• We simply ask that the buyer covers the shipping cost for the replacement.
• Please note: original postage costs are non-refundable.

3. Important Notes
• Corals must be removed from their shipping box and placed in your tank promptly (within 1 hour of delivery).
• Please avoid dipping freshly shipped corals straight away—using too strong a solution or a product not made for corals can be harmful.
• Corals that have been dipped or left in their packaging too long unfortunately can’t be covered.

We truly appreciate your care in following these steps. By purchasing, you agree to these terms, which help us ensure the best possible outcome for your corals.
Postage days are Tuesday to Thursday. Postage automatically combines on multiple orders, £14.99 + 0.50p per additional item Unfortunately it is against the law to ship to Ireland or Northern Ireland due to customs restrictions.
